Data Processing Agreement for processing on instruction (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter — the DPA) is concluded between:

• the Processor: ООО «Койнония» (INN 5029299826, OGRN 1265000035035, address: Московская область, г. Мытищи, ул. Юбилейная 4-336);
• the Operator: an organization — a client of the Koinonia platform (hereinafter — the Client).

1. Subject matter

The Client instructs the Processor to process the personal data of the members of the Client's workspace on the Koinonia platform. The Processor processes personal data solely on instruction and for the purposes determined by the Client.

2. Composition of personal data

The personal data processed on instruction includes: mobile phone number, first and last name, username, avatar, as well as data generated in the course of using the Client's workspace (messages, media files, information about membership and roles).

3. Purposes of processing

Processing is carried out for the purpose of ensuring the operation of the Client's workspace: maintaining the list of members and roles, exchanging messages, organizing ministries and groups, and performing other administrative functions.

4. Actions with personal data

The Processor carries out: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. All actions are performed within the scope of the Client's instruction.

5. Protection measures

The Processor undertakes to take the organizational and technical measures necessary to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, including:

• locating servers and databases on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• data encryption "at rest" (on storage disks);
• a secure TLS connection;
• access control at the workspace level.

6. Term and deletion of data

The Processor processes the personal data of the Client's members for the term of the agreement between the Client and the Processor. Upon termination of the agreement, the Processor ceases processing and deletes the data in the manner agreed with the Client, taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
